Thanks

When using a PDF format in a link, it is always a good idea to also provide a link to the Adobe Reader for the Viewer. Not all Viewers have a program to use to open the PDF. It wouldn't hurt to have the PDF in a zip format for downloading for later reading.
But please note that if you want to open the PDF on the internet, you should have adobe reader or some other PDF reading tools installed in advance..
After all, PDF is not so common used on the internet as HTML format, so if you convert PDF to HTML, it would be more easy to view on the internet, this tip may give you some ideas: http://www.allpdftools.com/pdf-tips/convert-pdf-to-formats.html
Good Luck~

You can make it using AnyBizSoft PDF to HTML converter.
PDF to HTML Converter can convert to HTML file and preserve the original page layout. The conversion quality is very good.
It is a stand-alone program and does not require Adobe Reader. So your vistors can view the PDF content in a new html page.
PDF files don't open in the site, they open in the program the user's computer is set to use for pdf files. If you want it to show as a web page, you'll have to make screen shots of the file and link to the pictures.
