In Access, if I re-arrange columns in a table, will my queries get messed up? Or are the query relationships linked only to the column header and it doesn't matter where in the table the column lies? Thank you!

depends how did you write the query, if you have mentioned the column name in the queries then it won't mess it up but if you just wrote by the order then it will.

Yeah queries are always looking at column names, I don't think it will be any problem to rearrange them.

Short answer is No. Queries will not be affected by changing table layout.
