from last few days i have tried to use 3d option for adobe Photoshop cs6 extended x64.
i have taken this software from one of my friend. and its working very smooth on his comp not mine.

we have same PC configuration except our graphic cards.
He is using graphic card of NVIDIA and mine is ATI Catalyst.

the problem is that after installing adobe Photoshop cs6 successfully, we both have updated it when it was on trial version
but when i try to work with 3d workspace while using 3d feature for a particular object, it shows 3d platform and default 3d settings/properties to that particular shape but as soon as i try to click on scene or any other property option in 3d layer menu it stops working and shows not responding error.

My friend who has given me the setup is able to work with 3d feature very smoothly..dunno what's wrong with my PC that even after reinstalling my OS it still gives the same error as it used to give it before.

I have taken some pictures of those errors and links are given below. Please check those files and let me know why is it happening only with me??

It's probably your graphics card. It might not be compatible.

Here's the list of tested video cards that work: http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/photoshop-cs6-gpu-faq.html - list is at the bottom of the page.

Call Adobe support for help if you bought the software.

It's probably your video card. It hasn't been updated in a couple of years, and you're getting a display driver error as well.

You should contact Adobe - they can tell you for sure.
