Is it possible to put an html e-newsletter as attachment for corporate emails? It works with public emails like yahoo.

The newsletter is actually with graphics, html encoded, and with buttons linked to websites.

It was successful with yahoo, and other common engines- but with corporate emails, it just appears like a string of texts and loose missing images.

Is there a way to have the attachment viewed normally by corporate emails?

Yes, but attachments are a barrier to alot of people that have high security settings. It would be best if everyone could view the HTML embedded in their e-mail.

How do you view your corporate emails? Outlook and Lotus Notes can display HTML newsletters. Maybe that this the thing that's BROKEN. Your corporation is still thinking that FAX is cool.

A lot of corporate IT departments are disabling HTML mail from rendering in the recipient's e-mail client. It might be best if you chose another format. You could create a PDF file and e-mail that.

Also, there's the option of sending the message in plain text and include a link to the HTML version, which would be a web page.

Hope this helps you.

in case you understand for particular that the guy receiving it makes use of Outlook, and has their Outlook set to apply note because that's editor, you could in simple terms include the record as component to the body. yet all and sundry else will receive garbage. you could include it as an attachment even with the indisputable fact that the recipient can must have note (or Open place of work author) to examine it. the perfect guess for emailing is to maintain on with the e-mail spec - textual content in elementary words. no longer some thing else, even HTML, is sure to be readable in all e-mail classes (because the spec would not require some thing except textual content).
