while updating to wordpress 3.4.1 i'm having this fatel error while installing

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 10 seconds exceeded in /home/a3292662/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-filesystem-direct.php on line 172

please help me i deleted .maintenance file i got my website up running but not able to edit any post or pages and when i try to reinstall the updates its giving me the same problem....please help me

Go into your functions.php , find Max Execution line of code, and try lowering and raising the number and see if that helps.

Clear your Cache as well.

I've had Cache problems that have caused this.

If this does not work, call your hosting company.

This looks like a php restriction your host has set up on the server, you need to contact them in regards to this error.

There's a problem with the way PHP is running on your web server - probably not enough memory allocated. You should contact your web hosting company.
