This project will test your knowledge on the five Microsoft programs we have learned this semester. You will have a project in Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, Access, and PowerPoint. Please follow the directions to receive the highest grade possible. This project will count for two test grades.
You may do the following in any order. Each program project is worth 20 points.
Microsoft Word-
Create an agenda for the day of the wedding in Word using an agenda template. You need to have from the beginning time to when you leave for the honeymoon. Including the following types of information:
• Wakeup time
• Breakfast and lunch
• Hair and makeup
• Pick up tux
• Pictures at location
• Wedding time
• Reception time
• First dance
• Cutting of the cake
• ETC…
Microsoft Publisher-
Create an invitation for your wedding using the Invitation template. Include the following information and make it look professional. Make sure to add clipart and/or pictures.
• Date
• Time
• Location
• Names
• ETC…
Microsoft Excel- on shared drive under Wedding Project
You be given a certain amount for your final budget. The amount will have to include both the wedding and the honeymoon. You cannot go over this amount.
Microsoft Access-
Create two tables in Access to contain the names of the Wedding Party and Wedding Guests. Include the following information for both tables. You must have at least 6 people in your wedding party and 25 wedding guests. You may make up their contact information.
• Last Name
• First Name
• Address
• City
• State
• Zip Code
• Telephone Number
• Invitation Sent (Yes/No)- Put that some guests have gotten theirs and others have not
Once the tables are completed, make a query of the wedding guests that have not received their invitation. Also make a report that shows the wedding party’s names and phone numbers.

Create a presentation that includes all of the information about your wedding. You need clip art, pictures, animation, and transitions. Include the following information:
• The Bride
• The Groom
• The Bridesmaids
• The Groomsman
• Location
• Preacher
• Colors and Flowers
• Attire (Clothing)
• His/her ring
• Music Selection
• Reception
• The food
• Bride’s Cake
• Groom’s Cake
• After the Reception
• Honeymoon Plans
You will email the final project to me when you are finished. Make sure you include ALL 5 documents.
