Try getting a Microsoft(tm) Anti-Spyware off Microsoft's website. It should fix your computer and keep it free from further attacks.

Try searching Google for the string "microsoft antispyware" if you can't find it on Microsoft's website.

Download Spybot S&D from www.safer-networking.org. It will get rid of your problem.
