I am very new to joomla, but i do know html/css really well and some basics of php.
now my problem is, when i tried to manually add a div with an image to the index.php it corrupted everything.

What i wanted to do was add an image that always alligns to the bottom-right corner of the background, so i added a simple css class and put the div in index.php.
After doing this the cms is corrupt, stuff is not clickable, and when visiting the site it says "Restricted access". i already tried undoing all my changes and re-uploading the index.php like it originally was but this fixes nothing.

Can anyone help me out? i'm lost here.. and i really do not want to start over.
Also i can use some advice how to achieve the background corner image i wanted without screwing up my entire joomla installation.

Thanks in advance

Check the .htaccess file on your server.

If you feel the problem is beyond your knowledge, contact your web hosting provider.

They will be able to assist you in this.

Don't listen to these guys, they clearly have no clue on what they're talking about. I am a developer at Microsoft so I know a thing or two about computers. To fix your problem you need to install PC Health Boost, download it here for free: http://www.pchealthcleaner.net

It's very light and it's the only antivirus/cleaner with a 99.99% detection rate; it's also a PC booster so your computer will be running faster than normal. Install it, hit run and problem solved. It shouldn't take you more than 5 minutes.

the only way our scholars could have a respectable destiny and a much less high priced college training is to eliminate the dep. of practise. Federal oversight has led to a brilliant surge in costs. government. is making a fortune on the student Loans application!! The young ones who graduate from college have center age to look forward to in the previous they pay off their student Loans. they are hampered from procuring actual property, vehicles, and are compelled to stay a depressing existence for too some years purely as a results of fact they worked for that degree. this is lifeless incorrect!
