You can make one with Adobe Flash CS3 via actionscript, this requires skilled knowledge and experience in actionscript. So why not just use some flash video player makers, which seems much more convenient. You can try Moyea web player Lite - http://www.flash-video-mx.com/web-player-lite/

which is a flash video player maker that provides quick and easy solution to add videos to web pages and design a media player on website.

You need to be more specific.

The type of video you want to display will determine what video player you must use.

.mov - Use the Quicktime player

.avi, .wmp - Use Windows Media Player

.flv - Use the Adobe Flash Video player

Also, if you are getting this video from another site, such as YouTube or Hulu, you must use their player. They generally provide you the embed tag to paste into your web page.

the finest thank you to get youtube video clips is to apply the upload on in Firefox called a million-click youtube video downloader. in basic terms click kit/addons/get addons then seek for a million click. Works great and incredibly common to apply. It provides a acquire button to the youtube web page itself.
