Ubuntu flash plugin-nonfree error?

i just installed ubuntu, easy but time consuming nd i have had this error that wont allow me to download or install ANYTHING becuse i have a "broken package" wich really irritates me since I cant remove the thing because its needed? i cant repair it... idk what to do? should I just re-install ubuntu? will this happen again? I dont even know what caused the error it happend when I was trying to install flash but idk if it started that way and I found out from flash installing or that cused it?

anyway any help is great thanks =)

You should be able to just reinstall the one package in Synaptic:



Start -> System -> Synaptic Pakage Manager



search for "flashplugin-nonfree" or "adobe-flashplugin", click the check box, and select "Mark for Reinstallation", then apply.



If this doesn't work, you might also do a web search for "Ubuntu flash plugin-nonfree error". This package in particular has a lot of results. A good site for ubuntu questions more generally is

You just need 3 steps to repair ubuntu flash plugin error:



1: Download a ubuntu flash plugin error repair tool and install it.

installation Flash participant from the repositories. bypass to gadget->administration->application aspects and enable the Multiverse repository. Then open a terminal and enter this command: sudo apt-get replace && sudo apt-get installation flashplugin-nonfree Restart your training superhighway browser and you will probably opt to be good to bypass.
