Hi

So i'm in grade 10 at the moment, and i'm interested in coding for a future. I cant make my mind up whether to study software engineering of computer science.
* I'm not a fan of math but i dont mind doing it, i do maths B and get B's most of the time.
* Out of my current 6 subjects (English, Maths B, Physics, IPT, ITS, and Graphics) Im getting 3 A's and 3 B's. I'm not sure what estimated op that could be due to the factors of QCS but on an estimated level what do you guys think that is as an op. For a future i'd be happy coding programs and stuff in the usual Python, Javascript, C++, all those languages. I've been learning on Codecademy for a while now, thats how i know i wanna stick to the IT industry. But yeah, continuing on, software engineering (from my research) is mainly practicals stuff which is where the codings at, as computer science, is the theoretical stuff but im unsure whether if i study computer science, if i'll have trouble with the 'logical thinking process' but i can assure you im not a dumb person.
I attend the top school in my state, (I live in Australia).

Yeah, so what degree do you think i should study at uni and if any past experienced people can give me some advice of how the difficulty is for either of these studies.
Cheers!

They will be similar with differences between the same course at different universities being greater that the different courses at the same university.

Both will have quite a bit of maths. Both are difficult but if you enjoy the subject that won't be an issue.

Computer science is more broad, and covers more aspects of computers: hardware, networking, algorithms, turning machines, etc. Software Engineering typically is more just programming.
