If you're a complete beginner, then learn "Visual Basic .Net Express 2010". It's a completely free tool. You can do everything you are likely to do with C++ without having to fool around with extremely cryptic syntax.

C++ is way to hard to learn unless you're in a classroom.

I have never had an issue installing it on Windows XP or Windows 7. You might need admin access on Windows 7.

Google "VB.Net Express 2010 Download"

First of ali relax, beginning of every task is d most difficult one.Just believe in ur self yes u can.

I think as you are beginner so don't start with visual studio, as you started with C++ so Dev c++ is a good IDE or u can go with codeblocks or the classic Trubo- c compiler.

As your hello world program concern i think your code not coded well just share your so you will get the best answers.

If you have appropriate version of software

- uninstall all previous installations.

- Install microsoft .net frame work first. [Download and install it or it may be in OS cd's Game cd's]

- Install your software at last.

Hope it work.

hy! with visual studio cant help you. you may try to run the setup with "run as administrator".

you can try another software, is called code blocks. with that annoying problem from dev-c++ you can change the options of dev-c++ that the program you compile stay open after ends.

Excuse my english!
