Problem installing minecraft forge sources?

Question

i have problems installing Minecraft Forge API sources to Minecraft coder pack, im working on version 1.3.1 of minecraft, when i run install.cmd (the main installation executable) i get those errors:
PD: i tryied with python 27 installed and python 3.2.3 and still the same problem in both:
