how could i develop a relatively simple photo gallery where, registered members can upload photos, add/edit metadata (caption, subject, category etc) and non-registered users may browse/search the photo repository but may not change anything?

Try starting a yahoo group, go to the groups page and create one, it has all the things you just asked about and it's free.

Breathtaking. yet i did not care that a lot on your hearth %.. Sorry. a style of lightning %. seems so generally going on... One New Years, I camped out close to George... and on the previously there grow to be an extreme thunderstorm over the city as we drove in. It grow to be astounding, having the view of Port Elizabeth (in case you could call it a skyline...) with the streaks of lightning above it. in no way seen something that extreme. a style of %. feels like the percentBradley took... It wasn't by any possibility taken by Brad Jackson of Port Elizabeth, South Africa, grow to be it? Oh, and in Astronomy, have you ever seen the widespread "Eye of God", the image of the supernova? Ain't it gorgeous?

you could also create a forum that you would have to sign up to be a member.
