All email programs which have their Options set to receive and send email in HTML format allow the use of hyperlinks. Just type the word you wish as a link, highlight the text, right-click on the highlighted word and type or paste the full URL in to the hyperlink text field. Some email programs will have an Icon like a small chain that triggers the popup for the hyperlink text field. You can click this after highlighting the text in the body you want to use as a link.
If the recipient has their options set to receive HTML email then you're go to go. It will be an active link when they get it. Otherwise, it will be a text only link.

you can usually just type in the link and it should come up but a lot of the time the email provider will provide a icon that will help you plug in a hyperlink. The Icon will usually look like a globe with a chain link in front of it.
