Can image be resized without the use of AI? We plan on using this image on our website and shirts

If I don't want anything to resize my pic on website I have to just put some html code relating to height/width (in pixels). code:



On shirts? Now that's something new to me.

You save vector images as svg files. I would not necessarily switch to it for your sketching. Yes it is a good idea to know it if you are a computer artist, but David Hockney, who has been at the top of the art world since the sixties, has recently exhibited some quite impressive work done on an iPhone or iPad. They're raster images (bitmaps).

should be able to use Microsoft Picture Manager to resize (edit --> resize)
