Windows 8 Devices Supports HD Displays.

Apps Available for Windows 8 Devices are better when compared with Windows 7.5 Devices

Microsoft Office Support is very nice and Document Reading and Editing is Really Very Good.

XBOX Games add better Gaming Experience.

Bing Integration and Search is Very Good.

Has Latest Internet Explorer for better Browsing.

Social Network Integration is good.

Has Inbuilt Bar Code Scanner

Windows 8 Devices Ranks 3rd position in the Mobile Market.

The Main Advantage I found is The Devices never Struck and no lagging found.







Disadvantages of Windows Phone 8 Devices:



Above we have discussed many Advantages of Windows Phone 8 Devices. Still Windows 8 Devices has some Disadvantages for the General use.



The Devices Available in the Market are Still Using Dual Core Processors Where as Quad Core, Octa Core Processors are Available in the Market.

The Higher End Devices are only having of 1 GB Ram and 2 GB version Android Devices are Available in the Market.

The Main Disadvantage is App Catalogue it fails to competite with Android and iOS.

The Most Games(Temple Run and Many More ) Requires of 1 GB Ram but 1GB Ram is available for only Higher End Devices and the lower End Devices has only 512Mb Ram Support.

Windows Mainly fails in App Transformation from Android and iOS.

The Device Supports limited Video Codec and only Plays video files like .3gp, .avi and .mp4 and cannot play any other formats like .mkv and many more.

The User Interface is another major problem it has only one Interface with live Tiles at the Starting of using this device the Interface is ok but Continuous Use of the same interface may get bored to the User.

The NFC and Bluetooth is not yet perfect for the Sharing of our Content you can share Photos/Images by Blue tooth but you cannot share Videos.

One of the Major Problem is There is no System Wide File Manager. We donot have any App also for this, For Access of Files in your Mobile you have to connect it to the System.

The Other Major thing we have to Consider is Video Player there is no Single Video Player App in the Windows Phone Market. We have to play/Access Video Files in the Music+Videos in your Device. Folder View of Videos is also Not possible and All the Video Files are given as list and you may not Delete All the Videos at a Time and have to select each one by one and Delete them.

Flash Player: No Flash Player Support in the Browser and by this The Device cannot Display the Flash Content in the Webpage.

Security Problem: I Think Windows Devices are not that secure because I Did not found a Single Antivirus App in the Market.

The Devices are little Expensive when compared with the Other Operating System Devices.

Iam a fan of Windows Phone and i would like to share few things which i like in this platform.User friendly and feasible.It responds quickly and does everything for you.I bet that once a user experience Windows Platform, will never move to any other platform in life time.I do agree that this platform lack in app number.But this is not the case as of now, as Microsoft is concentrating more on windows 8 app development and started delivering more app.Soon would be reach competing other platforms

Advantages- We can communicate out of the house -They are information sources -Play games, listen to music, texts if your bored -You can organise things. -If you are lost, you can call for directions -You can get many useful features such as GPS - Disadvantages- The cost, they are more expensive than normal phones -They are fragile so you may break them -You may have no credit when u need it most -Can distract you while driving -They can damage your ears There are both pros and cons of having a mobile phone although in this day and age, I believe that mobile phones are a must, especially if you are an adult.

40+ Drawbacks or Limitations of windows phone



1. Video and audio downloading is natively restricted

2. No file manager. You can't see files without a appropriate app. You can't move , rename the files... You Can't delete files that are not supported. Can't move files between SDcard and phone memory. simply you always need a computer for every single file operation.

3. You can't send Prerecorded audio and video files via any social networking apps like WhatsApp, Wechat etc

4. You Can't save received audio and video files with any social networking apps

5. You Can't upload video, audio, document files to any sites. And unable to upload image files to most of the websites. And can't attach with email.

6. No video players for playing popular video formats like .mkv,.avi,.flv etc

( offcourse there is one, yxplayer (Rs235), but Its NOT A STANDALONE APPLICATION... You Need buy another SDCard viwer application (Rs 110) for working with this player. total cost Rs 345... But still it can't give a satisfactory performance coz it can't play files from video hub and take minutes to open a video file, poor quality playback and many features are not present)

7. You can't share videos via Bluetooth except your personal videos taken with this phone.

8. No multiple file sending for files except images

9. No multiple delete option except audio and image files

10. No notification center. Always results in delayed notifications.

11. Call recording not possible. Its restricted

12. No background downloading support ( except app store)

13. Charging phone while its switched off is not possible. It automatically get on while connect to charger

14. No flash plugin support .. So you can't see any flash videos or web content that requires flash support..

15. No zooming while video recording in progress and no pause option for video recording

16. No way to see files properties.

17. No separate volume controls for music and ring tones. Can't set custom ring tone for message.

36. In video and audio hub. There is no way to categorize your files. every thing shows mixed... In video hub there is no way to even sort the files. Everything mixed up. No matter whether its p*rn or movie clip.

37. While receiving video files via Bluetooth it goes to saved images folder instead of video hub.

38. Vibration alerts are not really helpful. It vibrates only once when getting a call.
