I need to identify this font!!!!?

Question

I was asked by the youth pastor of this church to create a t-shirt design for his youth group. I would like to use the same fonts that are in the logo, The problem is, the no longer have contact with the person who created the logo and have no IDEA what fonts were used. SO who better to turn to than Yahoo Answers right? haha! Here is a link to the logo...

The large SNL looks like it was hand drawn.

You can search in dafont.com for similar typestyles



MK Latino might be a starting point, or something similar

The text font is a slab serif font with a bit of a casual/grunge feel I haven't been able to spot a match. I tried chopping the image up and sending it to What The Font, and got only a partial result

Your friend went to a T shirt designer or website such as http://www.customink.com/ which has its own fonts and ways to place things



As for the type of font used. There is no real font like you would see on a Word document (Times New Roman, Aerial, etc.) So check out Custom ink.com that where i went to get my sisters shirt (even though they're prices are a little jacked up)



Another alternative would be to go to a store that does custom shirts near you, they have artists there that will help you out (As well as custom ink.com)

teutonic is as close to to that font as i will get. i understand or a minimum of I thinks there is yet another very comparable font yet i don't sense like finding for it. I actually have a great number of them on my workstation. wish that is sturdy sufficient.
