Excel to MySql database?

How to Export or upload the data's in a excel sheet to Mysql database. By this way i want add records to the Mysql database.
can it be possible?

i think of what you're able to do is create an odbc that connects on your excel spreadsheet record so it rather is taken care of basically like a database. carry out a question on it and save the consequence on your Mysql database
