It took me forever to arrange the images right in MS Word but when I tried to copy it to Outlook it ended up jumbled again. I'm trying to edit it the same way in Outlook but it doesn't work the same for some reason. I pasted keep same format and it still won't work. Help :(

Formatting for Word and Outlook are not the same as they are entirely two different programs. One is a word processor and the other is an email program. You will never get Outlook's email page to look like Word's nor even a web page unless you edit Outlook's source file. Even then there will be differences.
