Question:
Personal signature on a hotmail account?

I have a hotmail account and clicked on the "Personal Signature" option just to see what it was about. It automatically started up. Now it's very difficult to compose an email without a lot of interruptions. When typing, I hear a warning chime every few seconds (I just turned the speakers down for that.)But each time, the page jumps up to reveal certain topics at the bottom of the page, highlighted in red- like "Get more from MSN" and stupid things like that. I can't start a new paragraph because as soon as I hit "enter" the entire page disapears and I have to start all over again. How can I make it work normally or get rid of it? Has anyone else experienced this? It VERY agravating!!
