It shows that your outlook is not supporting HTML mails...

in setting it is plain/text because of that the mail is looking like this.



Just change the setting of mail to html and you will able to see the formated mail.

to make a long story short -- it says you're getting an error message. take a look at the e-address you were sending it to... if it is off by even the tiniest bit, an email will bounce back with a goofy looking error message like the one above. It could be that your e-mail hit a glitch while it was actually IN cyberspace. it could have been confused by your "to" and "from" addresses -- Joboe@yahoo, and JoeLoe@yahoo -- if either of those is spelled wrong, THAT would cause the error message... hell... it could have been caused by any number of things.... but it's DEFINITELY an error message.

That looks like the header file of a bounced email. OR.....it could be that the file that was attached was interpreted by the browser as something else.
