Last night I updated my website to the latest version 3.9.1 and since then my website has been malfunctioning. My contact page isn't letting customers email me, customers are having trouble placing orders and my business email isn't working either. i tried emailing myself from another email account and it says the email is no longer active. I am assuming this is due to the update. I created a MailChimp account to start my newsletter a couple of months ago but have yet to actually get the ball rolling on it. But every time I attempt to make any changes to my website, this messages appears:

Unable to load lists() from MailChimp: (104) API Key can not be blank

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home4/rhaygood/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-mailchimp/classes/class-ss-wc-integration-mailchimp.php:304) in /home4/rhaygood/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1121

Can someone help me please! I losing money by the minute! Thank you so much for your help!

Not a Guru here and it sounds like you know what you are doing but I'll mention it anyway: some plugins probably need to be updated as well. Not all plugins are automatically compatible with a latest WP version. If any plugin is already it's own latest version, de-activate it when it can't work with your latest edition.

About your email I am not sure I understand the problem correctly but if your form does not work-

deactivate that plugin too.

Did you put the mailchimp api key in it's appropriate field in the settings of the mailchimp plugin?

In case you can't do anything from the backend:

Visit your site through ftp and (temp.) rename the individual plugin folders of the plugins that cause trouble {typically located in the plugin directory). For instance by placing an x in front of their names. Then try to re-install the plugin from the backend.

Unstable internet connections can cause an update to be 'incomplete'/faulty so perhaps it's not just plugins that cause problems. Because of this I would advise you also to ask your host if they can roll back your website to a date prior to the update with a back up. Imho: inquiring about this is best done asap as backups are frequently replaced by new ones.

The problem seems to be on woocommerce mailchimp plugin, which is not compatible yet with 3.9.1.

Plugins are created by other people which can probably cause problems when latest WP version is updated.

You can try to disable the woocommerce-mailchimp plugin. To fix this, you will have to ask the creator of the plugin here: http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce-mailchimp

After wordpress version updates overwrite custom CSS & javascript. If you have backup cross check missing, also update the plugins which ll make your website back to track. Best of luck
