If the validator has flagged 121 coding errors, then you have 121 coding errors, but many times when you correct a previous error, it "cleans" up code errors that was flagged before.

First thing you need to check is your DOCTYPE. If you are cowboy coding (doing it by hand) then post some of your code here and we can let you know which DOCTYPE you should be using. Based on the DOCTYPE you have to code a certain way.
And since you are using a validator (probably w3c) then pay attention to what it reports as an error and make the corrections as they recommend it.
If you post some of your errors here, we can give you more specific answers.
