when i go to a website the menu doesnt work.?

i have windows 7, the latest ie, flash and java. this is what is supposed to happen, when i go to mymultiman.org and sign in the horizontal menu comes up. when i scroll over the words on the menu they expand with more options i click and go. this is what really happens, the menu comes up and i scroll over a word it expands but with nothing in the expanded menu i try to click but it doesnt do anything. any ideas?

Many menus require JavaScript be turned on in the browser. Having flash and Java means noting unless the site is designed with it including the menu.
