Java related trouble. Please help!!!?

Hi friends, I get an error when I try to launch a training course provided by my company. I think the course uses java because some IT guys say this is a java runtim e error - 'Length' is null or not an object (line number 770). I cant understand what this error says but how do I launch this course now? Any simple steps that I can follow? Thanks a lot.

That is not a Java error; it's a JavaScript error. Java and JavaScript are two entirely different things. If your IT guys aren't aware of that, they probably shouldn't be your IT guys.



The problem almost certainly lies in the training course itself, not in anything you're doing. You might try using a different web browser; the web is just full of really bad JavaScript code that only works in one or two browsers.
