all software has a licence agreement.



they basically say you dont own the software, you are renting it, the company holds the rights to terminate any licence without notice, they are not responsible for any damage or misuse, you may not make copys, you may not sell the software, you may not edit the software.



you need .net framework for your computer to work with most things, so install it.

Every piece of software you install has some sort of license agreement; either you agree to their terms, or you do not install the software. (Much of it will consist of disclaiming any responsibility if you blow up your computer or if you do something illicit with the program.)

However, the operating system you are running it on is not.
