Go into cPanel, and then there is a thing that says "backup"
Use "generate/download a full backup"
Then ask your new web host to restore it for you (you aren't able to do it yourself)

Its been a while since I've used cpanel, but see if there's a "backup" option in it. I think cpanel has one of those. Then you could just "restore" it on the new web server. You might have to change some domain name references, but that would probably be the easiest way.

If the data in the database is only that of a CNS or Blog utility, there may be a backup utility within that application's admin interface. Otherwise, log in to your cPanel and choose the "Backup" icon. From there you can download your databases and in the same place in the new site you can upload and restore from the backup.
