How to create a Minecraft IRC bot?

I have a minecraft classic server and i want to add a bot to add welcome messages, autoban, autorank, etc. I'm using MCSharp. Can someone tell me how to make an IRC bot.

If you want to join IRC, you will need for this (I might make a webbased client very soon), but I recommend mIRC - download here: www.mirc.com

Then find a server: Quakenet (irc.quakenet.org)

and connect to your channel #(channelname)



You can use the command /join #(channelname) when you are on the quakenet server if you dont use the standard channel list.
