You cannot "decompress" an "EXE" file. An exe file is a binary executable that is read by windows systems. In other words, it's a set of instructions for a PC with a windows operating system. Just re-download it and try it again

You can disassemble it with a assembly language debugger. But I doubt you'll understand anything.

You don't decompress .exe files. They are Windows executables. Just run it from the Run command on the Start menu, or start it from a command line. If the file is compressed, it will extract itself when you run it.

Hi,

I downloaded Winrar for free here http://bitly.com/1p3PNvM

The best program you can use to decompress all the different kind of files is Winrar.

good luck.
