Free website creation no ads and banners and make your own templates for it?

please help i hate using freewebs advance tools wanted as long as its not editing scripts CSS codes etc...

You will NOT get free websites without adverts.

You can get your own domain and server for less than 100$/€/£ per year. Stop hoping for freebees and go for it!

Advance tools? Forget them: they write a code you will never understand (and that is crap and unmaintainable).

Write using notepad...
