I found this great little website called bannersnack.com that allows you to make rollover buttons and flash banners with your own images without ever having to type out a code. That works really well for me, since I'm a very visual person, but I was wondering if there were any applications that weren't online, but do basically the same thing... reason being I have only a certain amount of available megabytes per day, also, I would like to have my buttons embedded directly to my website, without getting their data from bannersnack. I would also like to have an application that makes drop-down menus.

Links to any websites where I could download such an application to my mac. would be much appreciated!

Without writing any code? Sorry. The only way to do that is to have the button on a site somewhere - like bannersnack.com. Same for menus. If you want to develop websites, you're going to have to learn some code. If you want to just design them (the visual portion), you'll have to use the tools available. Or you can find someone who's a great coder but artistically impaired (the two go together, like being a great artist but being logically impaired) and team up.

You have an additional handicap - most people who write programs like that never bought Apple's Kool Aid, so they only write for Windows and/or Linux.

For the content fabric -> HTML For the style -> CSS for terribly consumer-friendly, those are the only 2 you will need. they might have the skill to create a static web site. Javascript / JQuery / Ajax are high-quality to renowned as they are in a position to help create a extra dynamic internet site, yet at the instant are not required. on no account relatively on those for form validation as no longer each physique has Javascript enabled of their browser. Hypertext Preprocessor and/or ASP (Your determination) are next.
