how to combine 2 different files in 3ds max?

i have done a terrein in one project and a planning in annother project and now i want to combine them to make a city but i dont know how to do that ,, can anyone help plzzz??

If you want to combine to difrent files in 3ds max go to file>merge> choose the file you want to combine> enjoy!

Open one file, select file->merge (or "import") and select the other file.

You should know that a much better option is to use the XRef system which allows you to keep the files separated (easier for working on each model separately) and combine them together using XRefs in another scene.

just clik on import or u can merger direct to ur new file ,,or else simple u drag it from ur pc to 3ds max,,
