Web Templates used to cost $2000 now they cost about $60. I found a site http://www.templateland.net which is so cheap! It even has ecommerce Templates! and Flash intros. Please let me know if it helps u! Also if you could provide other places where I can buy web templates.

My site has templates too, but basically almost everything you find is based off Template Monster products. Some can be tricky to customize and I recommend you download the FREE templates first to see if you can work with them.
