This is http://talk.bobsfree.info/x/? phpBB3. You can tell because of the new proSilver theme (I can't remember what it's called exactly) -- this isn't available for phpBB2. I find phpBB3 harder to administrate than phpBB2, because after you create each forum you then have to assign permissions to them. But that's just me!
