When I was a child, I had a decoder ring. It was really excited when it finally came in the mail. The secret message (similar to your own secrete message), when decoded, simply said "Eat Malto Meal for a good tasting breakfast."



Without the decoder ring, I can only guess that this secret message is something similar, like "Drink your milk and obey your parents." But this is as good a guess as any.
