Technically, yes. Without getting into trouble if you're caught? No. Without being financially responsible for cleaning up the mess if the school network gets a virus when you do? No. (Explain the 6 digit bill to your parents if that happens.)

I do know maybe one trick to get into BLOCKED sites,it may be easier than you think, but I haven't fully tried it on my very own computer cause I create the rules in it. But for goodness sake why would you wanna bypass blocked sites in school computers so when the principal caught you in the act, your parents should better come to school or else!!! What? It may take LESS than a minute to do this procedure, but I'm not gonna tell you before the worse happens. If you have your own computer, then you don't need to bypass blocked sites in your school.

I wouldn't use those proxy lists 'cos they will be blocked already. You're better off signing up to a newsletter where you can get a constant supply of new proxies emailed to you regularly that are brand new and so won't be blocked. Here's one you can sign up here:

Why not just tell the school principal to remove all the computers and internet access, and get it done with? They don't mess around on YOUR computer, so you don't have the right to mess around on THEIRS! You aren't the first person to shut down internet access on a school campus, and you sure won't be the last. But think carefully before you do anything foolish that will bring bad consequences!
