Question:
How do I change the size of a check box on a Microsoft Access form?

I have a form (within Microsoft Access) with a check box. The check box works as intended so I have no issues there. I want the check box to be larger than the default size. I've tried stretching it out and the only thing that changes in size would be the canvas for the check box, but the actual box stays the same (I get the same results if I change the check box properties). It's strange that I can change the check box label's size, but not the actual box.

I want the actual box to be much larger and more visible to the viewer. Can this be done without any major coding (which I'm not good at), and if so, how?

I searched Google for "ms access checkbox size" and found this as the third result:

It can be done... with a bit of work.

It seems a bit pointless to me, but if that's what you really really want - have at it!

This should do the trick: 1 Open the form in Design View 2 Open the Properties dialog box for the form 3 Go to the "Format" tab 4 Change the "Border Style" to "Sizable" 5 Click "Save" 6 Open the form in Form View 7 Resize to desired shape 8 Click "Save" You may need to test it several times to get it the size you want. Hope that helps. Good luck! :) Please check out the link I provide below for further help.
