I have some video clips in .mp7 format - how can I make them compatible for the internet through a webpage?

A client has given me the movie clips and I need to integrate them into his website. Have had a look on the Internet but cant find a codec or anything like that - please advise???

Are you sure that's not just a brand name like Electrolux? Try changing the file extension from .mp7 to .avi or mpg. Either one should work I hope.

This is the first time i have heard about .mp7 extension as a media file, please ask for the video in a more sufficient format, or at least what software was used in order to create that video. You can try to play the clip in VLC Media Player [ http://www.videolan.org/ ]. If it can ply then you will be able top get more info on the clip [View->Streams and Media Info] or [CTRL+I]
