Look in your index.php files, or any root file in your ftp folder.

You may see some sort of weird crazy long line which may start with "eval", this is the problem.

The eval takes the crazy long line, generates a php/javascript code which injects an iframe and causes havoc, including raising warning flag on google.

What you need to do is first clear this line from your code, change ftp passwords, server password, and call your host to report it.

It is advisable to make sure your site is safe from Cross site attacks too.

Look in google for XSS.

Happy hunting!

Since it is only in the great room, does your buddy have an air humidifier source in there ( waterfall ,fountain...). Or a supplemental heating system (fire place), which would cause this room to be hotter than the rest of the house. The hotter air holds more moisture. The studded areas are colder than the rest of the wall due to no insulation. What's happening is the same as what happens to a cold beverage glass on a hot day. The warmer the air, the more humidity it can hold. The warm air touches the cool spot where the stud is and cools and drops its moisture. The stud isn't as cold as a beverage glass so you won't see water droplets running down the wall, but you will get minute amounts of moisture that dust will stick to or minute amounts of black mold growing.
