Hello
I have created a vsd file using MS Visio 2007, but after I email this file to my manager, he couldn't open that file, becasue there's no MS Visio on his pc, I installed visio-2002-viewer on his pc, but I got message "the file doesn't support..."some thing like that, is there any other way to open visio file without install MS Visio?
Thanks,

In addition to the suggestions of OpenOffice and the MS viewers, you can also look into MS Office itself. Many colleges have software licensing agreements with Microsoft (and Adobe) to provide software to their students at a nominal cost. The university where I work offers MS Office for around $25 to students, faculty and staff. Try asking someone at the college computer lab, bookstore or IT department if you can get a student discount on MS Office.
