PocketPC does support midi

Yeah ignacionr2 was right!
You cannot do that and it would also be a very bad Idea.
In MDI, having 2 documents open uses more resources than having 2 applications open in SDI. It only gives good interface for users in case of a big monitor of a normal PC and also makes it faster when you have memory to afford.

Nope. Windows CE doesn't support MDI (Multiple Document Interface, not MIDI!).
Besides, it would be a bad idea.
