What website would you recommend for hosting a JSP java and Tomcat website.?

I have just created a full website with logins and data and, well, lot's of work. This website really can't be built any other way than with JSP, and other Tomcat code. However, when I went online to host this site, I can't find any reliable sites that host JSP java applets and Tomcat. The few that actually host it either are shady-looking or are way overpriced (40.00 USD a month for a basic package! NO!) anyways.... Can you guys give me a full review and recommendation about a good hosting site? Please explain in full detail why it's good, what it hosts, and how you know it is reliable. I have tried GoDaddy, and it is a little shaky, but feel free to contradict me...
