Okay, so I'm fairly new to Adobe flash, but I downloaded the trial version to check it out. I'm having a fantastic time with it, but I'm having a problem with the audio.
So, I made a cheap 40 second sound clip with Audacity, exported it as a wav, and imported it into my library. I placed it on my stage with an open layer and it became a part of the layer.
However, here's where the problems start.
The audio doesn't stop playing, even after I've clicked the pause button on the animation, or even after I run out of frames. The sound keeps going until the end of the clip. I can't seem to loop the sound or get the sound to go frame by frame. When I try to loop it, the sound still keeps playing, but if it's started again it plays it again over the first track, so I have two of the same tracks talking to me. When I try to go frame by frame, the sound is silent.
How can I fix the audio so it stops with my frames, and also so I can control it further?
Is there a way with CS6 to get the sound to play frame by frame, or pause when I want it to?
thank you for your time.

This must be due to the software problem.

Report this problem to the software service to get things fixed.
