Webhosting PHP sendmail?

Question

Is there any FREE web hosting that still allows a webpage sending emails through php?
Most I've seen have disabled that for free accounts because of abuse. It would help a lot to be able to test my scripts.

If they don't have mail() enabled, you could always use the PHPMailer class, which supports multiple SMTP server types:
