i need a good image editor that can do some animation... not like make a cartoon but make pics move and stuff and edit pics in cool ways but i cant spend money on it.. me and my friends r making a myspace layout page thstw why we need it.... any suggestions. also ... it has to be virus-free

GIMP for Windows works very well. Open source and free.

I would suggest Adobe Photoshop but that would cost money so ill show you an alternative to photoshop that has a lot of the same features. Go to this website: http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net/stable.html, and download the GTK+ 2 runtime environment, The Gimp, and the animation pakage at the bottom. That should get you started out pretty good. There are also help files you can download on that site.

Try downloading Paintshop pro 8 and also Aninmation shop 3 with those you can make your pictures do some crasy things. Hope this help it did me.
