C#. Most versatile programming language out there for IT Professionals that work with data. I use C# to write code in SQL Service Integration Packages, console apps for sychnoization, and forms apps for mapping tools.
Just finished a project where I wrote a program in C# that makes a webrequest captures the response stream, converts into a flatfile and zips to make an archive copy, then processes the approx 250K JSON records that includes a 1 to many relationship and loads the data into 3 tables in SQL Server.

Python these days, like EddieJ, though I do find Python 3 as an improvement over 2. I still find myself thinking of problems in my first language (APL) even though I haven't used it for over 20 years, so that should get an honorable mention.
BTW, this is really not a question you can pick a meaningful "best answer" for, is it? Oh, well, at least it's on-topic, unlike so many other "questions" here.

Intel 8008 Assembly Language at the moment, it was one of the last processors that can be programmed in octal machine code from memory.

Bash shell scripting right now. It's got everything you need to do some pretty sophisticated stuff -- including write another interpreter to run inside the shell.
