It's a little more complicated than you may think. Making a layout is one thing, creating is far more complicated. Why? There are so many ways to do; different languages, styles, etc. Now, it's hard to explain this accuratly, for I cannot see your illustration, so I don't know how your website is set up.

But, let's say your website looks something like this:

http://www.columbiawestcap.com

It has a banner, navigation, and content.

To accomplish this in one of the most simplest ways is this -

This is your page's title

This is the webpage's content

This is about as simple as I can clearly make it. To literally make a link you type the following:

The Link (substitute "thelink" with the actual link.)

If you don't know a whole lot about HTML, check out: www.w3schools.com

Good luck!

You don't normally use the actual layouts that you do in Photoshop, you only use some of the graphics. You use CSS and HTML to layout the pages and insert buttons and links, etc. You can do a whole Web page as a grapghic.

You may have designed a banner in Photoshop, but now you layout the page with CSS
s and you would have a banner
then use your banner image in the div.

You can't do the whole page in Photoshop, it's a graphics program, not a Web design program. So you'll need a Web design program to use your PS graphics in.
