I've already bought a domain name and hosting from godaddy.
I just want to run my own email server with my own domain
for my office staff..

You don't need to setup your own email server (you'd have to use a dedicated server plan for that anyway, standard hosting & domain wouldn't be enough).



The plan you purchased should already contain something like 100 or 500 email addresses, depending on the package. They have the format yourchoice@yourdomain.com

You can set them up when you login to godaddy's administration section. They should have a link that says "manage email" or something similar. In there, you should be able to set up email accounts for your domain.

Most premium web hosting packages today provides free uunlimited email accounts or mailboxes. In your control panel, find the icon which lets you create your own email using your own domain name. Opening your email will require installing an email client in your pc like Mozilla thunderbird.

you have to learn PHP for creating for that will send mail to your email server. if u are not a programmer better you hire a PHP developer like me...
