How to make a Quiz with multiple choice ?

I want make a PC program in such a way that the program/software facilitates me to make
multiple-choice quiz.Please guide me how to or give me some ideas about various software regarding my needs.

There are several ways this can be done. First, you could use plain HTML and a bit of scripting if you want the quiz to be on a web site. Lots of sites do this. Second, you could write a Java applet (or use Silverlight or Flash) to create an interactive quiz that would load in a web browser.



Finally, if the quiz is meant to run as a stand alone application (not in a web browser), you could use VB.NET or C# to create the quiz. It all depends on what exactly you want and need. Good luck with your project!
